George Patsis is a highly accomplished expert in information security with a proven track record in developing and implementing large-scale security programs for major Global 500 Corporations. As an Entrepreneur he holds a passion for identifying market opportunities and building brands. He pioneers and leads the design and development of innovative services and products in the area of strategic security intelligence and risk management. He has studied Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the University College of London and holds an MSc in Information Security Management from the Royal Holloway University of London.

George Daglas has more than 20 years of professional experience in the domains of CyberSecurity Operations Management and Governance and has been leading a multitude of large scale multidisciplinary CyberSecurity projects in Europe and the Middle East. Having worked with multinational organizations in the Banking, Telecommunications, Insurance, Consumer and other sectors, George is continuously pursuing new challenges in developing new business models and identifying innovative service offerings. Academically he holds a BSc in Business Administration and an MBA in IT and Telecommunications Management.

Dimitris Strevinas has acquired strong experience in the Information Security industry, leading the implementation and operations on large-scale security event management and analytics projects in diverse corporate environments. He has developed strong organizational and client-focused management skills by assembling, staffing and operating Security Intelligence & Operations Centers and coordinating Incident Response teams across multiple client engagements. Academically he holds a MSc in Electronics and Computer Engineering from the Technical University of Crete. His research interests include SIEM integrations, security intelligence, data analytics and evaluation of latest developments in the security industry.

Dimitris has over 15 years of experience as a Finance Professional with a broad experience in different industries and multinational environments. He has led Finance divisions in Telecom, Media and FMCG companies with a focus on financial planning and controlling, and has taken part in a series of financial transactions (sales, mergers, acquisitions) throughout his career. Academically he holds an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the American College of Greece and a BSc in Biology from the University of Athens.

Vangelis has over 25 years of experience in leading Greek & multinational IT companies, holding Sales Managerial roles. Before joining Obrela, he has served as the Executive Director in big data centers corporations and in ICT Services & Commercial Operations, as well as Commercial Director at IT companies. Vangelis has an impressive track record of opening new markets, increasing profitability and leading sales business strategies and has been awarded multiple times for his exceptional performance. Vangelis holds a Higher National Diploma in Business Information Technology, a BSc (Honor) in Business Information Technology, as well as an MSc in Information Management and Finance from the University of Westminster.

Irini is a dynamic executive with a history spanning more than 30 years of driving organisational excellence by implementing comprehensive human resources and management frameworks, policies and solutions. With a proven record of implementing the tools and processes necessary for cultural and business transformation and corporate governance at all levels. Irini is competent in partnering with business leaders to identify organisational needs and development plans that align with the corporate vision for a cohesive, competitive workforce. As human resources executive, Irini has helped several companies and has offered value-adding services to many companies in multiple sectors. Irini holds a BSc in Philosophy, Pedagogics & Psychology from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, MSc and PhD in Organizational Psychology and Management Development from the University of Manchester. She has taught strategic human resources management at the University of Athens. Irini is also a Mental Health Consultant, having completed a two-year course in Systemic Therapy at the Athenian Institute of Anthropos (AKMA). She is also into a three-year further education program in Mental Health Advisory by KETHESY.

Iraklis brings over 20 years of experience leading roles in the cybersecurity industry, worldwide. He is a security leader with a unique combination of business acumen and deep technical offensive and defensive skills. He has a significant track record of helping organizations lower their risk by developing innovative security services and products. He brings a combination of professional experience along with an impressive academic background ( MSc in Analysis, Design and Management of Information Systems, The London School of Economics and Political Science, MSc in Advanced Software Engineering, University of York, UK., BSc in Computing, University of Lincoln), professional certifications (OSCP, CISSP) and affiliations (CREST EU Board member).

Dimitris has over 20 years of experience in the ever-evolving field of Information Security, during which he has developed comprehensive background in diverse realms of security, encompassing cloud security, data protection, application security, identity and access management and IT Security. His expertise in risk management and security compliance in regulated environments has been pivotal in ensuring adherence to stringent industry standards, regulations and frameworks, ensuring the organization's alignment with the most up-to-date security protocols. Academically, he holds a B.Sc. in Physics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and several professional certifications (Cisco Certified Network Security Professional / CCNP, Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control / CRISK, Certified Information Security Manager / CISM, ISO27001 Lead Auditor, Cisco Intrusion Prevention System Specialist / CIPSS and more).

Dr. George Papamargaritis has a professional experience in Enterprise Application Development for more than 20 years, Technical Consultancy & Delivery of ICT Services, Information Security Management, leading a multitude of projects in UK, Greece, European Union and Middle East. His professional experience includes serving as Senior Researcher (British Telecom), Senior Software Solutions Consultant, Chief Information Officer and extends into IT Solutions Design & Service Delivery, Security Information & Event Management, Research and Development, Presales and bidding processes. Academically he holds a PhD in Computation from University of Manchester, an MSc in Human -Computer Interaction from University of London (QMW) and a BSc in Informatics (AUEB). He holds several certifications including ISO/IEC 27001.

Guy has been in customer management roles for 22 years and is very passionate about customer engagements, building professional relationships and leading customers to success. He started his career as a software Engineer and later moved to IT consultancy, project management, account management and customer success. He has a solid background working for organizations in different stages of their life cycle. He managed mature CS teams as well as building CS organizations from the ground up in small startups. He mostly enjoys the different challenges and aspects of CS in different industries, different geographies, and different cultures. Guy holds an MBA, a BSc in Computer Science and a BA in Economics, while he is also Prince2 and PMP certified.

Mikko brings over 25 years of exceptional experience in cybersecurity, having held leadership roles in European and international sales across various sectors including SaaS, Product, Consulting, and Managed Services. Notably, he has played pivotal roles in building and scaling two Managed Security Services and MDR businesses. He holds a bachelor's degree from the Amsterdam School of Business and an MBA from the Helsinki School of Economics, specializing in International Business and Management.

Nick has more than 25 years of experience in Telco and IT -related companies of multinational operations being responsible for Sales and Sales Management whilst has been actively involved in developing business operations in the Middle East and Africa since 2006. He holds graduate and postgraduate degrees in Engineering and Business studies from the University of South Wales and London Business School, with a focus on Marketing Analytics and Quantitative analysis.

Notis Iliopoulos is VP for MRC, bringing over 25 years of global experience in the cybersecurity domain in critical positions. Notis has held demanding positions in large corporates under risk management across SE Europe and the Middle East driving businesses to successful development. He was involved in the Initial establishment & operation of six business units, providing information security consulting services, and two corporate information security departments. His research interests include Information & Cyber Resilience and Risk Assessment Methods and Techniques, focusing lately on the Convergence of Digital & Physical Security and a holistic approach to Security Risk Management. He holds an MSc in Information Security (Royal Holloway, University of London), MSc in Business Innovation Management (AIT) and BSc in Computer Science (Royal Holloway, University of London). He is also certified by CISA, CISM & ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.

Karim is an entrepreneur and a highly accomplished expert in the IT and IT Security. Karim has more than 20 years of solid experience in managing large scale systems integration companies, Sales and marketing, business development and large scale PMOs setup with track record in the Middle East, Africa and Canada market in senior positions for Multinational Companies and Systems Integrators like Siemens, Juniper Networks, MIS and Splunk. Karim holds a bachelor’s degree in computer Engineering from the University of Jordan and MBA in the International Business from the American University of London.

Vassilis joined Obrela as SVP Sales MEA in 2022, with responsibility to lead business development, execute the go-to-market strategy and build strong customer relationships and strategic partnerships in Middle East and Africa. Vassilis is a senior sales leader with a more than 25 years of broad-based experience in the IT industry, including software, hardware, and services with a focus on cybersecurity. He has strong experience in managing sales and presales teams, driving international operations, and succeeding high performance in complex business challenges coupled with a consistent track record of excellence in business development and account management. Before joining Obrela, he has held a number of management positions with companies such as Dell Secureworks, Encode, Oracle, Sun Microsystems and more. Vassilis holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and a Master of Science in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the National Kapodistrian University of Athens and a preliminary MBA from Heriot-Watt University.

Ayman has worked for 23 years in IT with over 15 years in Customer Success, Program Management and 8 years technical experience as a Development Manager, Technical Consultant and as an Architect. He has been focused on Customer Success for the last 3 years, covering EMEA and APAC regions managing a book of business across 30 different countries. His educational background includes Computer Engineering while holding both CISM and PMP certifications. Ayman takes pride in encouraging open communication, fostering a collaborative work environment, and continuously developing career progression plans for himself and the team.

Stefan is a seasoned Director with over 15 years of experience in MSSP cybersecurity, specializing in MSSP, Compliance, and Threat Intelligence Services. He has a proven track record in market expansion and team empowerment across DACH and Europe. Stefan holds a diploma in Business Administration from the University of Freiburg.

Alexander Schmidt joined Obrela in December 2021 with the responsibility of leading and developing relationships with clients/customers and partners in DACH region. Alex has more than 20 successful years of experience in direct and indirect sales positions, for hardware, software, infrastructure, cloud and security solutions with leading IT companies. He has extensive experience in managing end users and reseller partners as well as building a region from scratch. He is focusing on enterprise business and translating technology into business benefits. He possesses a strong knowledge of data center infrastructures, network security solutions, end user computer and storage solutions and services.

Stephen has worked for over 25 years in Cybersecurity roles and has been involved in the delivery of the CSOC for large organizations in the MENA region, SOC for organizations in the UAE providing managed detection and response, vulnerability management, threat hunting and forensics for multiple clients. He has strong experience in leading and mentoring teams of security analysis to respond to security threats. His educational background includes Computer Science studies at graduate level from the University of Bedfordshire.

Athanasios has more than 10 years experience in the field of Information Security working exclusively as a Penetration Tester. His main interest is in Information Security, Research and Exploitation, Red Teaming Engagements, Systems and Network Penetration testing. He is a graduate from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Technical University of Crete. His academic career provided him with a background on Unix and Linux systems, numerical computing and programming. His main focus includes Operating Systems’ Internals, Operating Systems’ Virtualization, Systems Security, Network Security and Open Source Software. Athanasios Nikologiannis has participated in multiple complex and demanding projects regarding: System and Network penetration testing, Web application penetration testing, Social Engineering, Vulnerability Assessment, Digital forensics, System and Network Security hardening and Vulnerabilities mitigation.
